This present "Written Translation - Customer and Translator Recommendations" (hereinafter referred to as "Recommendations") has been worked out on the basis of Russian translators experience generalization, examination of GOST documents, ARTC and CCI study and methodological guides, internal quality control assurance instructions of Russian translation agencies, as well as analogic documents used in translation practice of other countries and was adopted by the Board of UTR on May 14, 2004.
